Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to a creator on MessageMyFans, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MessageMyFans LLC.

Service Description

MessageMyFans is an SMS-based content delivery platform that allows creators to send text messages to their subscribers. By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from the creators you follow.

Agreement to Receive Messages

By subscribing to a creator on MessageMyFans, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from the creators you follow. Subscribers will receive content updates, announcements, exclusive offers, and direct messages from the creators they follow. Message frequency varies by creator, typically 1-5 messages per week. You are not required to subscribe as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MessageMyFans and MessageMyFans LLC are not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe from messages at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

To resubscribe, you must sign up again through the creator's subscription page or short code.

Intellectual Property

All content sent through MessageMyFans by creators remains the property of those creators. The MessageMyFans name, logo, and platform technology are the property of MessageMyFans LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MessageMyFans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Message delivery is subject to carrier networks and conditions outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MessageMyFans LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of MessageMyFans. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MessageMyFans LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MessageMyFans at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified via SMS where practicable.
